Disclosed are a communication module and a corresponding portable terminal, wherein the communication module comprises: an NGFF interface; a switch unit, used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the power supply of a power supply end of the communication module and a power source pin of the NGFF interface; a charging protection unit, used for charging when the switch unit turns off, and also used for eliminating an impulse current at the moment when the switch unit turns on; and a time delay unit, used for controlling that the switch unit turns on with a time delay. The present invention can guarantee the integrity and stability of data.
