The present invention provides a carbon dioxide removal apparatus for a submarine. The carbon dioxide removal apparatus for a submarine comprises: an absorbent supply part which supplies an absorbent for collecting carbon dioxide along a first supply line; a distilled water supply part which makes the conductivity of the stored distilled water lower than a set reference conductivity and supplies the distilled water along a second supply line; and a mixing part which is connected to the first and second supply lines and mixes the supplied absorbent with the distilled water in a set ratio to be put into equipment. Moreover, the present invention provides a carbon dioxide removal method using the carbon dioxide removal apparatus for a submarine. Therefore, the present invention uniformly maintains the concentration of carbon dioxide when a submarine moves.
