The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid scaffold including magnetic nanoparticles and a method for preparing the same. Due to addition of magnetic nanoparticles, the gelatin/siloxane hybrid scaffold including magnetic nanoparticles of the present invention has excellent water absorption; is not easily degraded in the body; and has greatly enhanced mechanical properties such as resistance to deformation. Also, in addition to biocompatibility, the present invention enhances osteogenesis differentiation and cell proliferation, thereby being useful for tissue regeneration. |
