A rehabilitative walking assist device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: thrust generating units located on both sides of a main body unit and supplying upward buoyancy to a seating unit by the thrust of a rotating body; the seating unit located in the center of the main body unit and supporting buttocks of a user; a control unit mounted on one side of the main body unit and controlling the operation of the thrust generating units; and the main body unit integrating the thrust generating units, the seating unit, and the control unit so as to fix the same. The present invention provides the rehabilitative walking assist device having the same effect as aqua walking, thereby reducing the cost of rehabilitation and enhancing a rehabilitative effect.
