The present invention relates to a power control device of a traffic terminal for determining a disorder grade by detecting the state of the traffic terminal (driver terminal) at a remote place, and differentially controlling the power of the traffic terminal depending on the determined disorder grade. The power control device of a traffic terminal comprises: the traffic terminal mounted on a vehicle and conducting power control according to power control commands transmitted from a remote place; and a remote power controller for detecting the state of the traffic terminal via wireless communication and transmitting power control commands to the traffic terminal, wherein the remote power controller determines the disorder grade depending on the operating state of the traffic terminal and generates the power control commands which are different for the determined disorder grade, to transmit the power control commands to the traffic terminal. |
