摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing a soybean paste powder-containing macaroon. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a soybean paste powder-containing macaroon and a soybean paste powder-containing macaroon prepared by the method, the method comprising: a step of adding 50 parts by weight of an egg white into a mixture of 150 parts by weight of almond powder and 50-200 parts by weight of powdered sugar with respect to 50 parts by weight of soybean paste power and then kneading the mixture to make paste; a step of adding 50-150 parts by weight of meringue with respect to 100 parts by weight of the paste and stirring the paste for 1-10 minutes at 10-100 rpm to make a stirred material; a step of molding and drying the stirred material in a forcing bag; and a step of performing first baking in which the molded material is baked at 120-130°C of upper fire and 125-135°C of lower fire for 5-15 minutes and then performing second baking in which the molded material is turned upside down and baked for 5-15 minutes.
