The present invention provides a molten salt electrolysis device with improved reaction efficiency including: an electrolysis bath where an electrolysis reaction occurs; an anodic electrode and a cathodic electrode received in the electrolysis bath; and a tube inputting a gas to the electrolysis bath. According to the present invention, a flow and a mixture of molten salt are improved by inputting the inert gas into the electrolysis bath via the tube. Accordingly, the stable operation of the electrolysis bath for a long time and the smooth transport of ions capable of participating in an electrochemical reaction are possible, thus an effect of improving the productivity of an electrolysis bath process is obtained.
