The present invention provides an anisotropic conductive particle with excellent conductivity and improved insulation reliability and an anisotropic conductive material including the same. The anisotropic electro-conductive particle of the present invention includes: a first insulation layer; a first conductive layer placed on the first insulation layer; and a second insulation layer placed on the first conductive layer.
