Provided are a battery protection circuit, a battery protection apparatus and a battery pack, capable of coping with a plurality of different protection features by a common circuit configuration. The battery protection circuit protecting a secondary battery without a CPU comprises: a nonvolatile memory capable of writing feature data for defining the protection features of the battery protection circuit; and a protection operating circuit performing an operation for protecting the secondary battery based on the feature data read from the nonvolatile memory. The battery protection apparatus comprises: the battery protection circuit; a charging path blocking unit capable of blocking a charging path of the secondary battery; and a discharging path blocking unit capable of blocking a discharging path of the secondary battery. The battery pack includes the battery protection apparatus and the secondary battery.
