摘要 The present invention relates to a method and a device for manufacturing a thick and thin polyester mixed yarn of different shrinkage improved in interlacing number and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a thick and thin polyester mixed yarn of different shrinkage that is manufactured by the use of a polyester resin, including: a spinning step of spinning a core yarn and an effect yarn by the use of respective spinnerets; a heat treatment step of performing a non-contact heat treatment on the spun core yarn; a braiding step of braiding the core yarn and the effect yarn by air interlacing; a first interlacing step of performing dual air interlacing on the core yarn and the effect yarn; a drawing step of drawing the interlaced core yarn and effect yarn through two godet rollers, oil being applied through an oil migration nozzle between the two godet rollers for interlacing; a second interlacing step of performing dual air interlacing on the drawn core yarn and effect yarn; and a winding step of winding the interlaced mixed yarn, in which a projection perpendicular to a fiber longitudinal direction is formed on the godet roller such that the fineness of the drawn fiber changes.
