To automatically assemble a plurality of clips and improve productivity, the present invention provides an apparatus for automatic clip assembly, comprising: a base unit connected to the end unit of a multi-joint robot arm to be successively conveyed to a plurality of preset positions of assembly, which has a rod hole formed inside; a clip cartridge; and a pressurizing rod unit placed on the rod hole and connected to the operating means to, every time the base unit is conveyed to each position of assembly, rise for the clip of the rail ball to be conveyed to be hung on the elastic support unit and to fall for the clip hung on the elastic support unit to be pressurized and discharged. The clip cartridge comprises: a loading unit connected to the bottom of the base unit, which has a discharge hole connected to the bottom end of the rod hole and an elastic support unit, with which a wing unit installed on the top end of the clip is engaged, formed on the edge of the discharge hole; and a slide unit which is positioned on the rear of the loading unit, the more inclined upward and into which a plurality of clips are inserted to have a rail ball conveyed by its own weight. |
