The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a slide rail and, more specifically, relates to a method to manufacture a slide rail, sequentially allowing a steel plate to be uncoiled to be rolled with a thickness of a slide rail, be formed by passing through a roll forming device; be cut into a predetermined length; and be perforated to have a plurality of through holes, thereby manufacturing a slide rail. The method to manufacture the slide rail comprises: a step of uncoiling a steel plate wound on an uncoiler in such a manner that an upper surface and a lower surface of the steel plate are engaged by a roller to be pulled; a rolling step of rolling the uncoiled steel plate with the thickness of a slide rail by allowing the uncoiled steel plate to pass between rollers of a rolling device; a roll forming step of leading the steel plate which has undergone the rolling step in the roll forming device, and bending a lateral surface of the steel plate while allowing the steel plate to pass through the roll forming device to be formed as a rail; a cutting step of cutting the formed rail, which has undergone the roll forming step, into a predetermined length; and a hole perforating step of perforating the cut rail to have holes formed thereon. Accordingly, the series of steps are sequentially performed to manufacture a slide rail. According to the present invention, production of a poor product is able to be prevented. |
