The equipment has a structure (1) acting as harness of breast piece. The structure is provided with dorsal maintaining elements and ventral maintaining elements. An elastic frontal strap (15) is placed frontally to double the arm of a user to which the strap is associated when the structure is carried by the user. The frontal strap includes a fixing unit at a proximal end and an installation at a distal end, where the fixing unit is fixed on the structure, and the installation allows its solidarization with hand of the user. |
