A defrosting device comprises: a heating unit comprising a heater case vertically arranged outside a vaporizer in the vertical direction and a heater vertically arranged inside the heater case in the vertical direction; and a heat pipe of which at least a portion is disposed adjacent to a cooling pipe of the vaporizer to enable hydraulic fluid heated by the heater to remove frost by transmitting heat to the vaporizer while moving, connected to an inlet provided to a lower side of the heating unit and an outlet provided to an upper side of the heating unit. The heater is configured to be submerged beneath the surface of water of the hydraulic fluid when the hydraulic fluid inside the heat pipe is in a liquid state.
