The present invention relates to a method for managing a meeting schedule using schedule information and an apparatus using the same. The method for managing the meeting schedule performed by the apparatus for managing the meeting schedule according to the present invention includes generating a meeting including first and second users by receiving a selection, from a first user, by at least one of second users among acquaintances of the first user; receiving date and conditional information from at least one among the first and second users that belong to the meeting to generate the meeting schedule of users belonging thereto; and generating the meeting schedule based on the schedule information, the date and conditional information of each of users that belong to the meeting. According to the present invention, the schedule information of each of meeting members may be considered when generating the meeting schedule, thereby the meeting schedule can be easily generated.
