The present invention relates to a toothbrush assembly comprising: a toothbrush bristle unit attached to and detached from an outlet of a toothpaste tube formed in a casing; a clamp for discharging a predetermined amount of toothpaste from the outlet while being moved from an end portion of the toothpaste tube by a first unit formed in the casing; and a second unit formed in the casing to allow the clamp to be moved only in one single direction. According to a structure thereof, space utilization is maximized, and toothpaste may be completely used up. Also, user convenience is improved.
