摘要

Disclosed is a method for cloning a λ (lambda) light chain variable region nucleic acid sequence, comprising the steps of: (a) obtaining a cell from a mouse comprising a Vλ gene segment and a Jλ gene segment contiguous with a mouse immunoglobulin &kgr; light chain constant region nucleic acid sequence; and (b) cloning from the cell a λ light chain variable region nucleic acid sequence derived from the Vλ gene segment and the Jλ gene segment.
