The present invention relates to a roasting grill using a combination of heat and steam for cooking food articles, and more specifically, to a roasting grill comprising a main lower body (10) having a heat supply hole on the center and a water storage unit on the outer side, wherein a heat discharge means (20) is disposed on the upper side, and an oil collecting plate (30) is installed on the outer side thereof, so a food article is cooked with heat and steam provided by a heat source disposed below. The heat discharge means (20) comprises: a heat discharge plate (21) on which heat discharge openings (22) are formed radially; and a heat distributing plate (27) in a shape of a disk and spaced apart from an upper side of the heat discharge openings by a spacing adjustment hole (25), so heat passing through the heat discharge openings (22) is distributed radially toward the outside by the heat distributing plate (27) to uniformly heat up a cooking plate (40), thereby improving heat-efficiency, while the oil collecting plate (30) serves to separately collect oil dropping from the food article during a cooking process. Therefore, the present invention provides an excellent effect of preventing smoke, soot, and odor generated during a cooking process. |
