PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor wheel device capable of efficiently cooling a phosphor wheel.SOLUTION: The phosphor wheel device includes: a phosphor wheel; a motor; and plural blades. The phosphor wheel has a disk-like base plate and a fluorescent body which is disposed on one plane of the base plate in a circumferential direction. The motor drives to rotate the phosphor wheel. The plural blades are fixed to the other plane of the base plate to rotate integrally with the phosphor wheel and extend from the rotation axis of the motor in a radial direction of the phosphor wheel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1C
