According to the present invention, provided is a method to automatically set a security mode of a service server includes: a step of receiving a determination result about whether a mobile terminal gets out of a preset distance range from a facility; a step of transmitting a security mode setting command to a service control module if the mobile terminal gets out of the preset distance range from the facility; a step of receiving a security mode setting history according to the command from the service control module; and a step of transmitting the received security mode setting history to the mobile terminal. The present invention is capable of safely protecting the facility even in an emergency situation by automatically setting the security mode.
