PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid having non-flammable high fire retardancy, high donor property and excellent compatibility to an organic compound and salt, further an efficient metallic salt extraction method with high safety, a nonaqueous electrolyte with high safety and high conductivity and a nonaqueous secondary battery containing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid composition containing phosphate ester, phosphate ester amide or phosphate amide and fluorine-containing phosphate ester represented by the formula (2), the fluorine-containing phosphate ester has lower melting point than that of phosphate ester, phosphate ester amide or phosphate amide and weight percentage of 10 to 90% of whole liquid composition, and the liquid composition has no flash point.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
