Disclosed are an uplink service scheduling method, a base station, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: a base station receives a buffer status report (BSR) reported by a terminal; the base station determines the validity of the BSR according to a BSR size currently maintained by the base station and the size of the BSR; after determining that the BSR is valid, the base station performs time stamping on the BSR and updates, according to the BSR for the first time, the BSR size currently maintained by the base station; during service scheduling, the base station acquires a waiting delay of the BSR according to the scheduling time and the BSR time stamp; and the base station schedules according to a preset scheduling algorithm and the waiting delay of the BSR, and updates, according to the scheduling for the second time, the BSR size that is currently maintained by the base station and updated after the first time. |
