According to an embodiment of the present invention, an engine system having an intercooler comprises: a turbo charger for compressing air which flows an inhalation line; an intercooler installed on the downstream side of the turbo charger for cooling the air; an engine for performing combustion through the air supplied by passing through the turbo charger and the intercooler; and an EGR line for recirculating the same to one side of the inhalation line from an exhaust line in which the exhaust gas discharged from the engine flows. The intercooler includes: a first intercooler core installed on the upstream side; and a second intercooler core arranged at a fixed interval from the first intercooler core. The EGR line can be joined between the first intercooler core and the second intercooler core. Provided in the present invention is an engine system having an intercooler, capable of reducing production costs, and improving mixing properties and distribution properties.
