PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that includes a single-layer photosensitive layer, the electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of easily obtaining target image density and preventing the generation of unintended black dots on images even after a repeated use.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor 10 including a conductive substrate, and a single-layer photosensitive layer containing a binder resin (A), a charge generating material (B), a hole transport material (C), an electron transport material having a specific structure (D), and a terphenyl compound(E), where the viscosity average molecular weight Mv of the binder resin (A) is 7000 or more and 100000 or less; the content ratio P of the binder resin (A) to the total solid of the single-layer photosensitive layer 2 is 35 mass% or more; the viscosity average molecular weight Mv and the content ratio P satisfy the following relational expression (1) P≤-0.0005×Mv+85.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
