A data transmission method and device. The method comprises: before a user demands a service, a network side establishes for a user equipment (UE) wireless configuration required for completing the service. The method further comprises: when the user demands the service, the UE establishes an air-interface link and sends data to the network side by using the established air-interface link; and the network side determines, according to the data and the wireless configuration, a radio link used for bearing the user service, and forwards the data to the Internet according to the determined radio link. By means of the solution of the present invention, the network side determines the radio link according to the pre-established wireless configuration, and forwards the data to the Internet according to the determined radio link, so that the uplink and downlink connection does not need to be realized by using multiple pieces of signaling before the data is sent, and the interaction delay of the service data is shortened. |
