PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling device which is easily reduced in thickness and mounting area.SOLUTION: The optical coupling device includes a light-emitting element 10, a light-receiving element 20, an adhesive layer 34, an input terminal 30, an output terminal 40, and a resin molding 70. The adhesive layer 34 has translucency and insulating properties and bonds the light-emitting element 10 to a light-receiving surface side of the light-receiving element 20. The input terminal 30 and the output terminal 40 provided on a surface of an insulating substrate 60 are electrically insulated from each other. Thus, the optical coupling device is capable of transmitting an electric signal with its input and output insulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
