PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth-spreading and laminating device capable of sticking a label on a sheet material with a configuration simpler than a conventional one.SOLUTION: The cloth-spreading and laminating device includes: a lamination table 2; a conveyor 4 for treating a fabric 3; a cutter unit 5; and a raw fabric receiving part 6. The cutter unit 5 includes: a pair of cutter carriages 25 moving in a length direction of the lamination table 2; a rail member 26 bridged between the cutter carriages 25; and a cutter head 24 driven along the rail member 26. A printer 51 that issues a label by printing information on a pattern piece obtained by cutting the fabric 3 and a label sticking arm 43 that receives the label from the printer 51 and sticks it on the fabric 3 are attached to the cutter head 24. The label sticking arm 43 sticks the label 52 when the fabric 3 to be mounted on an outermost surface of a laminate 38 is drawn from a raw fabric 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
