A floating water skimming device for collecting debris and related floating material from the surface of water includes structural floatation elements and a collection screen. The skimming device includes an elongated central member having a middle portion, a first end and a second end, a collection screen connected to the elongated central member, and a pole attachment element pivotably attached to the elongated central member. The collection screen and the central member define a first basin and a second basin for collecting debris therein. |
