PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog digital converter that can execute error correction processing at any frequency irrespective of the frequency of an input signal.SOLUTION: In a time interleave type analog digital converter for sampling an analog input signal at a sampling frequency and converting the sampled signal to a digital output signal, the analog input signal is converted to the digital output signal in a time interleave style by plural analog digital conversion circuits, and gain correction processing and skew correction processing associated with the analog digital conversion circuit are executed by using a signal obtained by combining an output signal of the analog digital conversion circuit and a signal which is shifted in phase from the output signal by π/2, whereby the error correction processing can be executed at any frequency irrespective of the frequency of an input signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
