1. A rechargeable battery comprising:
an electrode assembly comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and a separator, the first and second electrodes being located on either side of the separator, and wherein the first electrode, the second electrode, and the separator are wound together; a center pin located within the electrode assembly and electrically connected to an uncoated region of the first electrode; a case accommodating the electrode assembly and electrically connected to an uncoated region of the second electrode; a terminal extending from the center pin to the outside of the case; and a gasket between the terminal and an opening of the case, the gasket sealing the opening. |
