Provided are: an epoxy resin composition which is suitable for use in a fiber-reinforced composite material that has a good balance between tensile strength and heat resistance at high levels; and a fiber-reinforced composite material which is produced using this epoxy resin composition. An epoxy resin composition which contains constituent elements (A) and (B), while additionally containing a constituent element (C) or (D), and which is configured such that a cured product obtained by curing this epoxy resin composition has a rubber-state elastic modulus of 10 MPa or less in dynamic viscoelasticity evaluation and a glass transition temperature of 95°C or more.
