The invention relates to a parasol comprising: a pole (1) that can be coupled to a support base (2), and a cover (4) for mounting on the pole (1), said cover consisting of a canvas (41) attached to a foldable structure (5) comprising: a supporting part (51) provided with means for the suspension and fastening thereof either directly on the pole or on a coupling part (3) associated with the pole, and various substantially horizontal arms (55) mounted at one of the ends thereof on the supporting part (51) by means of vertical shafts (56), said arms (55) being able to rotate laterally between an operating position wherein the canvas (41) is extended, defining the maximum surface of the cover (4), and a non-operating position wherein said arms (55) are are laterally arranged one against the other. |
