PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable connection reliability by using an anisotropic conductive film even in a COG connection.SOLUTION: An anisotropic conductive film 1A includes an insulation adhesive agent 10 and conductive particles P which are disposed in a lattice shape in the insulation adhesive layer 10. Regarding an inter-center distance between any conductive particle Pand a conductive particle neighboring to the conductive particle P, when a shortest distance to the conductive particle Pis defined as a first inter-center distance dand a second shortest distance is defined as a second inter-center distance d, the inter-center distances dand dare 1.8 to 5 times as long as a particle diameter of the conductive particle. Regarding an acute triangle formed from any conductive particle P, a conductive particle Pwithin the first inter-center distance from the conductive particle Pand a conductive particle Pwithin the first inter-center distance dor the second inter-center distance dfrom the conductive particle P, an acute angle α formed from a straight line L0 orthogonal to a first array direction L1 that passes the conductive particles Pand Pand a second array direction L2 that passes the conductive particles Pand Pranges from 18° to 35°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
