PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an occurrence of a failure such as thermal damage of a charging cable.SOLUTION: A housing 5 is provided with a communication port 5C, for an inside and an outside to communicate. A communication adjustment mechanism 16, for adjusting a communication state of the communication port 5C in accordance with an atmospheric temperature, is provided. Thereby, the communication port 5C may be opened when the atmospheric temperature is high and the communication port 5C may be closed when the atmospheric temperature is low. Therefore, failures such as thermal damage of a charging cable 3, an operation failure of a winding mechanism 11, and the charging cable 3 being hard to be extracted may be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
