PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, and to provide a method for evaluating the sensitivity to the treatment by a PD-1 inhibitor.SOLUTION: The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer comprising miR-197, a precursor thereof, or a variant thereof, or a vector which expresses miR-197, a precursor thereof, or a variant thereof. The invention also provides a method for evaluating the sensitivity to the treatment by a PD-1 inhibitor in a patient with PD-L1 related disease, the method comprising (i) measuring a miR-197 level in an organism sample sampled from the patient, and (ii) evaluating that the patient has a high sensitivity to the treatment by a PD-1 inhibitor, when the miR-197 level is lower than a standard value.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
