PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus that can reduce an error in measuring a movement amount of an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus that includes scanning means (SLO-XY scanner) for scanning light for an eye 200 to be examined acquires an image of the eye to be examined on the basis of the return light from the eye to be examined irradiated with the light scanned by the scanning means, and extracts measurement regions (blood vessel branch parts) for measuring a movement amount from the acquired image. On the basis of the position information on the measurement regions acquired by the scanning of light by the scanning means for the measurement regions in the eye to be examined, the ophthalmologic apparatus controls the scanning means (SLO-XY scanner) so as to reduce scanning displacement of the scanning means by the movement including the rotation of the eye to be examined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
