PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image processing program and an ultrasonic image processing device capable of extracting a blood vessel region where an ultrasonic contrast medium flows with less erroneous determination even when an affected part moves.SOLUTION: A computer functions as an ultrasonic image processing device 1 when an ultrasonic image processing program is executed by the computer. The ultrasonic image processing device 1 includes: a storage part 4 for storing a per-time image frame acquired by injecting an ultrasonic contrast medium into a blood vessel and producing an image by an ultrasonic wave; an estimation part 11 for estimating a movement of an affected part from the per-time image frame stored in the storage part 4; a contrast medium detection part 12 for detecting a contrast medium excluding the image frame where the movement of the affected part is estimated by the estimation part 11; a blood vessel region extraction part 13 for extracting a blood vessel region based on a pixel by which the contrast medium is detected at the contrast medium detection part 12; and a control part 14 for executing control of the estimation part 11, the contrast medium detection part 12, and the blood vessel region extraction part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
