摘要 An optical fiber LED lighting module of the present invention is comprised of: a light source device part that is illuminated by means of light from an LED light source unit that passes through optical fibers, and that emits light by receiving a supply of power; optical fibers that receive light from the light source device part, transmits same, emits same from an end portion thereof, and is braided in many types of designs; a holder that gathers and binds the optical fibers receiving light of the same colors into bundles and facilitates the transfer of light from the light source device part to the optical fibers; a module base having various design shapes printed thereon to braid the optical fibers in many designs, having the optical fibers braided by means of a braiding machine device, removing braided shapes, and having reinforced strength. A method of manufacturing an optical fiber LED lighting module comprises: a first process of manufacturing a module base; a second process of performing automatic braiding to manufacture an optical fiber lighting module; a third process of depositing a waterproof adhesive; a fourth process of cutting the optical fiber; a fifth process of separating the optical fibers into bundles; a sixth step of compressing and binding the optical fiber bundles; a seventh step of binding the optical fiber holder; an eighth step of depositing a rear surface protective sheet; a ninth step of connecting the holder and the LED light source unit; and a tenth step of inspecting the finished product. According to the optical fiber LED lighting module applicable to many types of materials and the method of manufacturing same of the present invention, the following effects are provided. A front surface rubber sheet and a rear surface rubber sheet are both used so that the holding strength is high. Thus, optical fiber does not fall out during or after working, yield during production is high, and the product is durable. The problem of optical fibers leaning instead of being upright is resolved, light travels straight in a certain direction to provide good visibility, manufacturing costs are reduced, and product quality is raised.
