PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which fully contributes to reduction of carbon dioxide in atmospheric air.SOLUTION: An apparatus 3 including a plant containing chloroplast on an outer surface comprises: a temperature measurement part 31 which measures the temperature outside the apparatus; a light quantity measurement part 32 which measures a light quantity value on the outer surface including the plant; an exhaust port 33 provided for the outer surface including the plant; a control part 34 which outputs a first signal in the case where temperature measured by the temperature measurement part is predetermined temperature or less at which photosynthesis activity of the plant is reduced on an installation location of the apparatus and a light quantity value measured by the light quantity measurement part is a predetermined light quantity value or more at which the plant starts photosynthesis; and an exhaust part 35 which exhausts air inside the apparatus, which received heat generation from the apparatus, from the exhaust port when the first signal is input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
