The present invention relates to an automatic supply control system for water-soluble cutting oil, and the control system comprises: an auxiliary tank (100) having a first sensor (110) for sensing, through a PLC control unit, an amount of water to be supplied to the auxiliary tank, a first solenoid valve (120) for controlling the supply water by being linked with the first sensor and the PLC control unit, a second sensor (130) for sensing, through the PLC control unit, the amount and the density of a lubricant to be supplied, a second solenoid valve (140) for controlling the supply of lubricant by being linked with the second sensor and the PLC control unit, a first stirring motor for mixing, in a constant concentration ratio, the water and the lubricant to be supplied through the first/second solenoid valves, and a transfer motor (160) for transferring the mixed water-soluble cutting oil to a main tank; the main tank (200) having a third sensor (210) for sensing, through the PLC control unit, the amount and the concentration of the water-soluble cutting oil transferred through the transfer motor of the auxiliary tank, an overflow sensor (220) for preventing the transferred water-soluble cutting oil from overflowing from the main tank, a second stirring motor (230) provided in the center of a bottom of the main tank and intermittently implementing stirring according to a control program of the PLC control unit so as to prevent the water-soluble cutting oil stored in the main tank from spoiling, and a discharge motor (240) for discharging, to a machining device, the water-soluble cutting oil temporarily stored in the main tank; and the PLC control unit (300) for respectively controlling the auxiliary tank and the main tank, and controlling a user operation panel for automatically and manually driving the control system, wherein the user operation panel further comprises: a seven-inch touch screen (400) having an initial screen (410), an automatic operation screen (420), a concentration control screen (430), a manual operation screen (440), an alarm history screen (450), and a manager mode (460); an automatic operation button (500); an alarm (600) for warning of an abnormality occurrence, and a reset button (700) for canceling the alarm; and an emergency stop button (800) for forcibly stopping the control system during an emergency. Therefore, the automatic supply control system for water-soluble cutting oil provides unique effects of easily producing water-soluble cutting oil to be used in a machining device and the like, and maintaining the homogeneity of an emulsion even when a device is not used. |
