摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor capable of preventing stress in pressing-in from being excessively large even when the stack number of magnetic plates is increased, and a motor with the rotor. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic plate 20 used for a core 2 (stacked core) of a rotor 5 of a motor includes a first magnetic plate 21 which contributes to pressing-in as an outer peripheral surface of a rotary shaft 51 comes into contact with an inner peripheral surface of a through hole 280, and a second magnetic plate 22 which does not contribute to the pressing-in. Consequently, even when the stack number of the magnetic plates 20 is increased, the stress when the rotary shaft 51 is pressed in the core 2 is prevented from being excessively large.
