A coil arrangement part (2) of an upper case body (1) used for forming coils (8), a terminal bench (3) used for arrangement of an external terminal (4), and the upper case body (1) are integratedly formed. The water level detection can be realized in a mini-sized, light-weight, and stable manner, and the detection precision of the oscillation frequency change can be guaranteed. |
