The present invention relates to a membrane for generating bamboo nano-bubbles, and a producing method thereof. The membrane for generating bamboo nano-bubbles of the present invention has excellent durability, an extended service life, and excellent hygienic properties and effectiveness by using irradiation when produced. The producing method comprises the steps of: securing micropores of bamboo by removing an outer membrane of the bamboo; and producing a membrane for generating nano-bubbles by irradiating gamma rays, electron beams or ion beams to the bamboo.
