PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in a peak value ratio between positive voltage and negative voltage of biological application alternating current accompanying change of arranged location of a conductive mat or a use form.SOLUTION: Between a high voltage end P1 of a secondary coil L2 and a grounding end P2 of the ground electric potential of an AC step-up transformer T, a first voltage division circuit B1 obtained by serially connecting a parallel circuit composed of a resistor R1 and a diode D1 facing the high voltage end with a protection and voltage division resistor Ro and a second voltage division circuit B2 obtained by serially connecting a diode D2 facing the grounding end with a resistor R2 are connected in series. Thereby, high voltage alternating current having a peak value ratio between positive voltage and negative voltage of approximately 1:3 is obtained from a voltage division output end b between the voltage division circuits B1 and B2 and is capable of being supplied to a conductive mat m as biological application alternating current. |
