The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic lamination apparatus for a profile of windows and doors, in which, as bending portions are configured to be respectively installed at edge portions of the profile and include a plurality of rollers, each of the bending portions is configured to be movable in back-and-forth and left-and-right directions, and then is automatically adjusted appropriate to a size of a cross-section of the profile for practical lamination treatment. When a user selects the size of the cross-section of the profile, the bending portion for folding a layer at each of the edges to be suitable to the size of the cross-section can move to an appropriate working position to reduce an initial setting work, thereby enhancing productivity. In particular, another purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic lamination apparatus for a profile of windows and doors in which, since a support for supporting a plurality of rollers which practically perform the folding operation at each of the bending portions can move in back-and-forth and left-and-right directions as described above; the structure thereof is simplified to be easily manufactured; and simultaneously, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the bending portion can be easily, quickly, and automatically adjusted to be suitable to the size of the cross-section. Also, further another purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic lamination apparatus for a profile of windows and doors in which since the support adopts a general actuator such as a motor or a cylinder to adjust a desired position in back-and-forth and left-and-right directions, the structure thereof is simplified, and the position of the bending portion is easily and quickly adjusted to rapidly perform the lamination treatment. |
