FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, and can be used for diagnostics of tendency to angiospasm of peripheral blood flow. Cold pressory test is performed by means of submersion of both hands in water during 5 minutes. Simultaneously registered blood microcirculation indicators (I) by laser Doppler flowmetry, tissue and arterial saturation by optical tissue oximetry and pulse oximetry respectively. Registration of said parameters is carried out for 5 minutes prior to, immediately after and through 20 minutes after cold pressory test. Derived data are oxygen consumption rate and myogenic tone. Ratio of microcirculation parameters using the formula (I-I)/(I-I) 100 % and ratio of values of myogenic tone by formula (m-M)/(m-M) 100 %. Note (I-I)/(I-I) 100% > 50% and (m-M)/(m-M) 100 % > 50 %, where I- microcirculation value to, immediately after and through 20 minutes after cold pressory test respectively, M-myogenic tone to, immediately after and through 20 minutes after cold pressory test, respectively, as well as if the rate of oxygen consumption through 20 minutes after cold pressory test reaches and/or exceeds the value of the initial level normal state is diagnosed microcirculatory-tissue systems of the human body. Otherwise the tendency to angiospasm is diagnosed.EFFECT: method provides higher informativity of investigations, enables detecting pre-clinical susceptibility to diseases of angiospastic genesis and their possible reasons, as well as assessing the general condition microcirculatory-tissue systems, their reserve and adaptive capabilities.3 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
