An opening and closing valve having an opening and closing display lamp is disclosed. The disclosed opening and closing valve having an opening and closing display lamp comprises: a valve body having a moving hole where water flows; an opening and closing unit provided in the valve body and opening and closing the moving hole; a power transmission unit providing power to operate the opening and closing unit; and an opening and closing display unit notifying an opening signal and a blocking signal by differently displaying the opening signal and the blocking signal when the opening and closing unit is opened and closed by operation of the power transmission unit. The present invention allows a user to easily recognize an opened state or a closed state of a valve.
