FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: system for wound healing with negative pressure comprises a pipe line, a suction coupler and a connector. The pipe line is configured to supply negative pressure to the wound from a negative pressure source. The suction coupler is configured to feed the negative pressure to the wound. The suction coupler comprises an elongated fluid canal having a proximal end, a distal end and an extended three-dimensional knitted fabric or an extended three-dimensional cloth stretched between the proximal end and distal end. The connector is configured to provide the reliable connection to the proximal part of the three-dimensional knitted fabric and three-dimensional cloth. The connector comprises a hollow cylindrical body, a central canal extending through the above body, and two projecting portions extending in the distal direction. Each projecting portion additionally contains a superadjacent notch. The notches are configured to introduce and fix the three-dimensional knitted fabric and three-dimensional cloth in the proximal portion. The proximal end of the above body is intended to press fitting in the internal surface or on the external surface of the pipe line to create a fluid connection between the three-dimensional knitted fabric or three-dimensional cloth and the pipe line. The connector for connecting a fluid pipe with a cloth canal comprises a body having a proximal end and a distal end, and an element extending from the body in the distal direction and intended for passing into the cloth canal. The proximal end of the body is intended to press fitting in the internal surface or on the external surface of the fluid pipe. The above element comprises a flexible rod. The rod comprises a cone-shaped tip intended for laying loops through the cloth canal, as well as to provide the location and reliable connection to the container formed in the connector.
