PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which ensures high specific inductive and AC breakdown voltage, low dielectric loss, and good temperature characteristics and sinterability.SOLUTION: A dielectric ceramic composition comprises: a main component represented by the composition formula of (Ba, Ca, Sr)(Ti, Zr, Sn)O; a first subcomponent; a second subcomponent; and a third subcomponent; wherein 0.03≤x≤0.30, 0.00<y≤0.05, 0.02<z≤0.2, 0≤a≤0.2, 0.04≤z+a≤0.3 and 0.97≤m≤1.03. The first subcomponent is zinc oxide, the second subcomponent is oxide of at least one kind selected from La, Pr, Pm, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd and Y, and the third subcomponent is oxide of at least one kind selected from Al, Ga, In, Mg, Cu, Ni, Co, Fe and Si. With respect to 100 wt.% of the main component, the first subcomponent is contained in an amount of 0.45-10 wt.%, the second subcomponent is contained in an amount of >0.0 to 0.3 wt.% expressed in terms of oxide, and the third subcomponent is contained in an amount of 0.02-1.5 wt.% expressed in terms of oxide. |
