The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for analyzing of expression data of miRNA and mRNA in an integrated manner. According to one aspect of the method and the apparatus, a miRNA distribution ratio to entire mRNA is defined by considering the expression amount of miRNA and mRNA. Accordingly, the apparatus has better performance than the existing miRNA target mRNA prediction program. |
